Goldstone Hall Country House Hotel & Gardens near Market Drayton, Shropshire, is inviting guests and visitors across the country to vote for them in the RHS Partner Garden of the Year Competition 2024. Now in its fourth year, the contest hosted by the Royal Horticultural Society, continues with the "Feel Good" theme and all voters in the RHS Partner Garden of the Year competition will be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of tickets to the RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival in 2025 with a luxury two-night stay close to the showground as a thank you for their show of support.

Votes can be cast via the RHS website rhs.org.uk/pgoty see website. Opening Times: 10am to 5pm on these days.

The garden is also open to guests of Goldstone whether they are staying overnight or simply in the restaurant for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. The Goldstone restaurant is open all year round.

Garden Admission

The entrance price is £8.00 per adult and children are free of charge. RHS members are admitted for free (member 1 only) and BBC Gardeners' World 2for1 Card Holders also. Both must present their cards on entry. Visitors may reserve a table in the restaurant for lunch or afternoon tea, but must book this in advance by calling the reservations team on 01630 661 202. Visitors are also very welcome to visit the bar or orangery to buy a cup of tea, coffee, other drink, and a slice of cake — booking for this is not necessary.

The garden is also open for the National Garden Scheme from 11am to 5pm on the following days in 2024: 15th May, 12th June, 10th July, 14th August and 11th September 2024. Admission on these days is £8.00 and will be donated to the NGS charities.
