Runaround Quiz

An excellent reprise of the Guinness Book of Records Runaround Quiz at Youth Club last week. So much positive reaction to this when we do it. Who knew that Churchill was born in a Ladies loo! Expertly put together by Monique, it will be returning again soon.

Hedgehogs and Mugs

This week at Youth Club we're doing a bit of craft and maintaining our high standards by offering not one, but two activities to choose from. Maybe pompom hedgehogs are your thing (trust me, they are quite simple to do but look the business). If not you can whip out a Sharpie Pen and design your own mug. See the picture of one Caitlin made earlier.

Quite brilliantly she has designed a personalised mug for each Youth Club volunteer so that we have our very own tea mugs stashed at the Public Hall. Top woman.

Christmas Quiz at the Lord C

We're hoping to send everyone home with a flyer this week advertising the Christmas Quiz at The Lord C on Dec 13 at 8pm. This year all funds raised will be given to Youth Club. We're very excited about that and are encouraging parents and other supporters of Youth Club to join us and help to get the Christmas ball rolling with the quiz, raffle and auction. If anyone is able to donate a raffle prize we would be extremely grateful, and these can be dropped at any Youth Club session between now and the 13th.

Youth Club meets every Wednesday during term time at the Public Hall, 7.15pm- 9pm. £1 subs on entry and no membership necessary. For more info contact Kate on 07789 915940.
