Young volunteer at work

Whilst watering yesterday morning the village floral displays, I was joined by a young volunteer and his help was much appreciated.

His grandad and his grandma were on hand with us as Oliver gave a good soaking to the flowers. Mr and Mrs Goodyear should be very proud of young Oliver – aged just 5.
