Just to let you know that my brand new third album 'White Rabbits' arrived yesterday and I am now sending out hard copies via mail order.

They can be purchased via www.heidibrowne.co.uk at £9 plus p+p.

In the first day I've had orders for Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Yorkshire, London, Hertfordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire and.... Colombia!

The album was recorded in the main with the winnings from Open Mic UK which AudlemOnline covered last year.

I also was approached by producer Nigel Stonier and after hearing a demo of 'Colouring Outside The Lines' he picked that out as the single to work on. This track will be the main single on the album.

The album has 10 tracks and features myself on violin, flute, piano guitar and vocals, my dad on keyboard and bass and brother on drums in the main.

There are also guest musicians including singer Michaela Wylde who has played in the village recently and award-winning jazz trumpeter Jamie Brownfield.

The songs are, as always, very varied in mood but with catchy hooklines and soulful grooves as a constant.

I am going on a European tour for three weeks from 1st April and you can see the schedule here to the right on the tour poster.

Official launch

I am going to be promoting my new album over there before returning to Shropshire for the official United Kingdom album launch at Festival Drayton Centre in Market Drayton on 28th April, 7.30pm.

TIckets are £8 from box office 01630 654444 and I will be supported by a Canadian singer-songwriter.

The venue is a 230 seater and was a sell out last year, so I am hoping for a good crowd again this time!
