• providing a 'lost & found' hub for keys, glasses, purses and mobile phones
• providing annual work experience places for school kids
• providing a 'no fee' ticket office for local events
• providing free prizes for fund raising raffles
• providing a free tap water refill point for the village
• providing a convenient collection /drop off point for clubs & organisation forms and subscriptions
• providing everyday help, information & advice to anyone that requests it

Unfortunately however, you are not providing the owner with a mega-yacht for their personal use – you have to shop on Amazon to do that!

PS – We can live without the yacht, as long as you can continue providing the village with the rest of the above.
