What will YOU ask Dawn Brown?

Dawn Brown from Cheshire East Carers Hub will be at ADCA's Audlem Carers coffee morning at 9:30am on Wednesday 27 February in The Lord Combermere. (There will be cake!)

Dawn will tell us all about how the new Carers Hub acts as a single access point to information, advice and support services for anyone who is caring for another person. She will answer your questions about how to register with the Hub and how the Hub can help YOU specifically.
If you care for someone – a relative, a friend, a neighbour, or whoever – helping them at home (or in a care home), and whether your care-giving is long-term, short-term, full-time, part-time, or just occasional, the Carers Hub can link you to useful resources.

We also welcome you to ADCA's Audlem Carers Group, which meets on the SECOND and FOURTH Wednesday of each month from 9:30am to 11:30am in The Lord Combermere.
Our informal drop-in coffee mornings give carers an opportunity to meet, relax together, share their experiences and concerns, listen to informative speakers, and support each other over coffee and tea and biscuits (and the occasional cake).

Carers Group members also help Lynn Morear, the Coordinator, to plan for carers' breaks and outings which bring welcome relief from the stresses and strains that can arise in caring.
