Walking somebody else's dog

This is an odd side-view, passed to AudlemOnline by ADCA, of one of the issues thrown up by the pandemic and the lockdown.

Many people are helping others by walking their dogs – this is some advice issued by the RSPCA for this situation.

It is particularly relevant when walking a "shielded" person's dog.
