We have applied to the Calor Rural Community Fund for the £5,000 needed to install automatic doors on the new entrance planned for the Public Hall and Annexe.

We asked for your vote in support of the application early in June (click here)

The Calor Rural Community Fund is one of those that requires people to vote, and our funding depends on there being enough people who will take the few minutes required to vote.

The voting has to be completed by June 26th.

This is a particularly easy site to access and vote, and it has the added benefit that you can decline to receive any marketing and other information if you want to.

The response so far has been, to be frank, disappointing. Even more so to Frank himself (Frank Gillies that is), who has put so much time and effort into raising the funds needed for the new Annexe.

So if you can spare a minute to try to improve our chances of getting the £5000 needed for automatic doors for the Annexe entry which will make life so much easier for disabled and wheelchair users, it would be much appreciated.

To get to the logging in stage of the process, click here.

Assuming you haven't already got an account, fill in the logging in details (name, e-mail address and so on -- it is here that you can click the box to avoid receiving marketing stuff if you don't want to).

You will get a screen that gives you a link to "vote for projects" -- go to this, and you will be presented with access to all the projects in the country.

Obviously, the only one you will be interested in will be the Audlem Public Hall Entrance, so in the "location" drop down list select Cheshire, and the Public Hall Entrance option is the right hand one of the two options presented. So now click on that one and ideally please use all your ten votes to support it.

Thank you for your time.
