OCTOBER -1

Chimneys smoke and there's
frost in the air
And leaves fall from the trees
Without so much as a care

Gloves, scarves and woolly hats are the
order of the day
To keep us warm, as we go on our way .

OCTOBER – 2

October is full of mystery and magic
There's a weird and wonderful night to be had

When witches, hobgoblins, ghosts and ghouls
Come out to play – but they're really not bad

They want goodies and pennies and maybe a sweet
It's good to be young and play trick or treat.
