Following the submission of a wide variety of suggestions from many people, the Working Group have divided these into 3 types.

  • Potential Uses
  • Suggestions regarding ongoing management/maintenance
  • Uses that are likely to create an Overage payment issue

So as to help prioritise which Potential Uses are considered to be the most popular by the community, we are asking everyone to complete a very brief, simple survey.

The survey

The Survey provides the opportunity for you to make four choices – the intention isn't to exclude any suggestions but simply to help prioritise the most popular ones.

The Open Meeting

At last weeks Open Meeting (click here) to see the report of the meeting), attendees completed a similar, informal system.

Displayed in the hall were lists of the many suggestions for Turnpike Field. Each attendee was given four sticky dots and asked to put a dot against which they felt were the best/most immediate uses of the field.

As well as prompting plenty of discussion, the results helped to give a strong indication as to how these members of the community felt. Anyone who attends the Art Exhibition in the Methodist Hall during the Audlem Arts & Music Festival will be very familiar with this scoring system!!

If you attended the meeting, please still complete the survey so that we have a formal record of all community opinions.

Please encourage anyone you know to complete the survey. If you know someone who is not easily able to access AudlemOnline, please take five minutes to help them complete a response via your own phone, tablet, laptop etc.

Many thanks, on behalf of Audlem, for your participation!
