Turnpike Fencing on Hold

The fencing project for Turnpike Field has been placed on hold by the Parish Council in a bid to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Eventually there will be permanent wicket fencing installed, however, temporary fencing has been put up for now to keep residents, and particularly children, safe. The Parish Council would like to specifically thank East Midlands Solutions and Jay Rowbottom for their speedy help in installing this.

We will reopen the tender process for the permanent fencing once life has settled after the virus.
