Today I have walked my 5 miles for the Therapies Teams, along my favourite low level walk in the Lake District, tough going in places, no stumbles or falls and wonderful views. My support team were great, we started from the woods above Loughrigg
Terrace and finished at the pier in Ambleside and I was treated to coffee at Rydal Hall.
