Swallows and barns

Following the reports of swallows arriving in the area in recent days reported on Audlem Online, a regular correspondent says: "I saw a swallow at Hatherton today. I would like to know, with all these barns being converted, where are the swallows nesting. There are less and less barns left and it would be very sad if we lost these iconic birds with these barns being sold off. The swallows might be gone forever.
