The annual Audlem Party on the Park music concert brought dazzling energy and disco fun to the playing field in Audlem on Saturday 28th June 2025. With perfect summer weather and a sold-out crowd, the event was a joyful celebration of music, community, and good times.
Comperes Dave Johnson, Justine Cope and Scott James from ‘Blue Sky Radio’ – the fastest-growing radio station across Staffordshire and Cheshire – kept the atmosphere upbeat and buzzing. With witty banter, birthday shout-outs, and crowd participation for dancefloor favourites, they made sure the party never paused. You can tune in to Blue Sky Radio via https://blueskyradio.co.uk, DAB+, smart speakers, or the app.
Kicking off the night in style, nine-piece tribute band ‘Chic Out!’ warmed up the crowd with classics from Nile Rodgers and Chic – setting the tone for a groovy evening.
Headliners ‘Disco Inferno’ ( () brought the sparkle, sass and non-stop rhythm of the disco era. With four fabulous vocalists – two male, two female – backed by a top-tier band, they dazzled the audience with a feel-good set including Young Hearts Run Free, September, Love Train, I’m Coming Out, Night Fever, Hot Stuff and many more. Their finale, I Will Survive, had the crowd dancing and singing along under the stars.
Festival-goers embraced the disco vibe with glitter wigs, funky outfits, bright hats and glow sticks lighting up the field as the sun went down. Picnic hampers, refreshments, light-up toys and flashing novelties added to the party spirit.
Thanks to a spell of warm, dry weather and the fantastic turnout, the atmosphere was electric from start to finish.
The event was made possible by the generous support of main sponsor EPG Security Systems ( () , along with Baker Wynne & Wilson, PET Hire, and Blue Sky Radio.
Heartfelt thanks also go to the many businesses and individuals whose support made the event a success: all the programme advertisers, Williams of Audlem (highly efficient ticket office), Audlem Tennis Club (electricity), Audlem Parish Council (Turnpike Field for event parking), Yvonne Parker (storage), Audlem Cricket Club (storage), Richard Furber (logistics), Audlem Online, Hankelow Amenities, Audlem Music & Arts Festival Committee, Audlem Printers, and Cheshire East Council.
