Audlem St James' C.E. Primary School are supporting Nantwich food bank this Christmas, so that they can give Christmas in a box, to help families/single adults and children who can't afford to get the food on Christmas day and the presents to their children or relatives. Nantwich food bank is an organisation that helps local people that can't afford food that we have today. For instance when children's parent/s have no food and they can't have a nice meal Nantwich food bank can solve that and give them help.
On Friday 15th of November Audlem St James' C.E. Primary School's School Council organised a pyjama day, to raise money for Children in Need. Everyone wore their pyjamas to school for the day (including the teachers!) and donated £1. This fundraising event raised £144.
Ed: – What a pity that the Year 6 Roving Reporters couldn't give us a photo of the entire school (and especially the staff) in their pyjamas!
