To receive disclosures of personal and prejudicial interests from members on matters to be considered at the meeting. The disclosure must include the nature of the interest. If an interest becomes apparent to a member during the course of the meeting that has not been disclosed under this item, the member must immediately disclose it.
3 Public Forum
To receive interested parties comments and questions regarding planning application 13/0823N for 9 affordable houses at Red Acres , Windmill Lane, Buerton.
Mark Ellis from the developers will be present to answer questions.

To discuss the the Council's response to the resubmitted planning application for 9 affordable houses for Housing Association at Red Acres, Windmill Lane, Buerton.
