Saturday's walk will be led by Beryl Wilson round Hales
Meet on Audlem car park at 9.30am, aiming to start the walk at 10.00am.
The easy circular walk is just over five miles long, from Hales church, and follows mainly paved lanes. There is a short, quite sharp uphill stretch of about 500 yds, on a cart track through a field. (Even this can be avoided if preferred, rejoining the main group via a slightly shorter route along lanes.) and then along quiet lanes back to the church.
Dogs may need to be kept on a lead if sheep are in the surrounding fields.
There are no stiles, and the ground is generally good.
It is definitely no more than a two booter in bad weather, and shouldn't take more than two to two and a half hours to complete.
