trAction Crewe is gearing up for a futuristic weekend of FREE fun for the whole family.
Experience amazing flying astronauts, free runners and inspirational arts and performance activities. trAction will provide a weekend of action-packed entertainment. Look into the future, with STEM workshops, activities and futuristic artists, with hundreds of exclusive cars and motorbikes around Crewe Town Centre.
The activities rutake place on the weekend of 8-9th July.
New to trAction Crewe this year, Science Corner sees a number of local organisations join together to create a real sensory experience for visitors. Established to encourage visitor participation, Science Corner will include something for everyone to enjoy.
Activities include racing simulators, virtual welding, a Giant Operation Game, memory games and much more. A big wow factor is the very original and stupendous musical installation 'Illumaphonium', which is the first of its kind, and comprises a semi acoustic, semi automatic, multi-player musical sculpture made from sweeping arrays of illuminated chime bars.
SpareParts festival will also join trAction Crewe this year, with stupendous arts and performance activities including everything from urban parkour to Guinness World Record Holders BMX performances, all funded by Arts Council England and Cheshire East Council.
