Saturday Afternoon Music at the Shroppie

Fortunately we do not require Parish Council approval for our Saturday afternoon music festival in the Shroppie Fly. So come and join us for three hours of acoustic musical mayhem: perform, join in, or just listen. Usual time, 2-5 pm.

There have been many acoustic music events at the Fly over the years. The Music Festival has had them in years gone by. The photo was taken 2011, showing a packed Fly with Derek McKelvey (sadly no longer with us) hammering out "Manchester Rambler", whilst John Hardy (still performing on Saturdays) is waiting for his next pint.
