On the Saturday evening there was a great barbecue, music and bar in the main marquee. Please see a photograph of the two young men/duo that entertained us. They gave their time for free as a gift to the RNLI.

The Sunday event was a roaring success with the Audlem Lass breaking all records by carrying 268 passengers plus various push chairs and doggies going to the event.

The helicopter from RAF Shawbury arrived on cue, as did three fire engines plus the fire rescue boat team, the police divers, Cheshire Search and Rescue plus many other exhibitors

Various water borne demonstrations also took place.

Richard Maughan officially named and opened the new marina bridge

We would also like to thank all who supported the event by giving their time and effort in setting up gazebos, putting up barriers and fences. Also a big thank you to the ladies in the main marquee for keeping us supplied with tea and food.
