Royal Mail excels

We ordered some goods for our business from a firm in Shrewsbury, which were posted to us on Friday 27 May. The package arrived today, 14 days later!

Perhaps that's not too bad – just over one and a half miles a day! We could have gone to collect the package, but that would have cost several pounds in petrol. So we opted to have it posted. Big mistake!

If this an example of the excellent service that Royal Mail assure us they have been providing, we wonder what an average service would be like.
