Rose Veal now at Oxtail & Trotter

We have sourced some welfare-friendly, local Rose Veal for Oxtail & Trotter. This veal is produced at School Farm, Bowers (only 15 miles away from the shop) by Peter & Pip Lowe.

The Lowes are a young couple at the start of their farming career and they have recently taken on the tenancy at School Farm. Both Pip & Pete are from farming families and have years of experience between them gained on their respective family farms.

Simon and Jake have been busy preparing this beautiful sweet tasting meat ready for the counter this weekend, so don't delay pop on down to the shop and try some for yourself.
