Quiz supports ADCA tonight

Don't forget that the Tuesday quiz at the Lord Combermere this evening will be in support of ADCA (Audlem and District Community Action) which is dedicated to helping those of us who need the social interaction of a good community spirit and hosting what were Thornton House meals and coffee mornings.

There will be some special "auction" prizes

• Boat trip on Audlem Lass
• Afternoon tea for two in local cottage garden
• meal for two in local café
• two bags of bedding straw

In addition and as a special for the night, the very talented Jessie – poet of Audlem – will read her salute to the First Lord Combermere, Stapleton Cotton.

Do come along and enjoy the challenge of a good fun quiz and at the same time give your support to this very worthwhile charity.

We kick off at about 9.00pm. with Ralph Warburton as your host and Quizmaster
