The Annual General Meeting of the Audlem Public Hall Management Comittee was held on the 18th of October.
Stuart Furber was re-elected as Chairman, and members were confirmed in their new roles of Vice-Chairman (Adrian Farrow) and Secretary (Rachel Hodgkins).
Financially the future looked sound.
The Charity is expected to become a CIO (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) during the next few months – the framework already exists and the process of transferring the property is well under way.
The Caretakers Flat has been deemed too expensive to bring up to modern standards for letting, and so it will become part of the main Hall, mainly for use as much-needed storage.
