As reported by Audlem Online on Monday, homes and businesses in part of Audlem had their electricity supply cut off this morning so that the Muller Homes' development at Moseley's Yard could be connected to the system by Scottish Power.
The power went off at 9.43 am and, after the connection was made, came back on at 2.53 pm, more than an hour ahead of schedule.
