Poetry writing workshop at Festival

A new creative addition to this year's festival is a poetry writing workshop with festival favourite Emma Purshouse.

This will take place during the Festival on Saturday 28th May at 2.00pm in the Scout Hall.

The idea is to come along and take part in a series of writing activities designed to get your creative flow flowing using the festival art exhibitions as source material for writing.

Explore your thoughts about Audlem Festival and what it means to you and then develop your ideas into poems for our Festival poetry exhibition.

Emma is a writer, performance poet, stand up comedian and poetry slam champion who has appeared at the previous two Audlem Festivals.
