• a. Visitors will attend for courses, generally expected to last around 6-7 days starting on Monday morning when guests arrive and will be given a welcome and introduction to the facilities.
• b. Over the following days, guests will receive a series of lectures, exercise sessions, yoga, swimming, massage, healthy eating guides, and training in relaxation and mental health/well-being techniques.
• c. The sessions will be taken in conjunction with a specially devised diet, comprising pure water and dishes prepared from vegetables and fruit.
• d. The guests will aim to lose weight and gain calmness and well-being from their stay, the focus is on natural wellbeing and is not a spa of the 'pampering/indulgence' type.
