PC keeps up pressure on the Post Office

The attached letters have been sent to the CEO of Post Office Ltd to try to keep up the pressure on the Post Office to do something about the situation of lack of Post Offiice facilities in Audlem.

Editorial comment :- These letters clearly highlight the growing sense of anger and frustration within the Parish Council, as the Post Office authorities appear to be happy to promise action that it is quite beyond their power or willingness to carry out. As one of the letters states, it is likely that the situation will get worse after Christmas when apparently the Post Office at Wybunbury is also scheduled to cease operations.
