Questionnaires have been distributed to Audlem households this week seeking your views on a wide range of local issues. Printed on yellow paper, they should have arrived, or be coming through letterboxes shortly, with the Parish Newsletter.

The Parish Plan team asks that you please complete this questionnaire because:

  • Your views are important and will be used in compiling the 2010 Parish Plan.
  • Applying for money from public bodies and other sources of funding requires evidence of local support and consultation on issues.
  • It will help the village to obtain funding if as many people as possible complete this questionnaire.
#Your viewsThe 2010 Audlem Parish Plan must reflect the views of as many local residents as possible. Many of the projects described in the last Parish Plan in 2005 have been achieved. Others are still being pursued. The 2010 Plan will review progress on all those projects and identify new issues.

Additional formsIf you need additional forms in your household, they are available at Audlem Post Office or Williams' newsagents. All members of a household can complete a separate questionnaire.

Completed forms should be returned to Audlem Post Office or Williams' Newsagents by 1st December. Thank you for your help in this survey of local opinion.

A series of working groups will be formed once the questionnaire responses have been analysed. These groups will then produce the action plans in the 2010 Parish Plan. If you are interested in getting involved, please write to editor@audlem.org">editor@audlem.org or call 812171.

The Parish Plan team is very grateful to Audlem Post Office and their staff for their help in distributing the questionnaire.
