Parish Council Elections – 5th May

There are 12 vacancies to be filled on 5th May.

If you wish to stand for election you will need to obtain a nomination pack from Cheshire East Council (ring 0300 123 5500 or visit the offices at Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, CW11 1HZ).

A sample nomination form and all the guidance papers will be available for inspection at the Annual Village Meeting tomorrow evening.

Nominations must be delivered to the Returning Officer before 12 noon on Monday 4th April. It is recommended that papers are hand delivered and that they are submitted as early as possible to give the Returning Officer an opportunity to check that they are valid and to give you sufficient time to resubmit if necessary.
