Countryside Alliance Awards

We were very excited to receive a letter earlier this week to say the we had been nominated for a countryside alliance award – these are also known as the Rural Oscars!

The Countryside Alliance is the leading voice of rural Britain, and their Awards complement their wide ranging support and promotion of rural life. They are nomination-led and therefore we are extremely honoured to have been nominated by (at least) one of our lovely customers – it really has made us extremely proud so – THANK YOU!

Christmas

We are starting to think about Christmas and therefore if you have any special requests this year let us know so that we can be prepared and make sure that we can supply as many families in Audlem with their festive feasts!

Beef coming up..

We have a beautiful Hereford hanging at O&T ready for the counter next week. This is a delicious breed which has been requested time and time again from our regulars, This animal is from David Charlesworth at Hinstock Hall and as usual will have all the taste and texture you have grown used to. Just ask Simon if you would like to reserve some of this.
