From September 2010, the Government requires Local Authorities to provide 15 hours of flexible Nursery provision for all 3 & 4 year old children to be available over a minimum of 3 days per week. Schools are also encouraged to provide a range of 'out of hours' services for all children (which would be chargeable) both before and after school during the hours of 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.

Audlem St James' Primary School and Audlem Tree House have prepared a questionnaire which is designed to assess the needs of households and to provide information which can be used when planning future provision. If you expect to use nursery provision now, or in the future, then they would welcome your views.

Questionnaires are available from the school, Tree House and local businesses/shops around the village. Please note that completed questionnaires need to be handed into the school or the Audlem Treehouse by Monday 2nd March 2009.
