Next ARS Wednesday Wanderers walk

The next Wednesday Wanderers walk (ARS) will be on 13th May at 2.00 p.m. starting from the Town Hall Car Park, and the walk will be led by Peter Jackson.

We will head for Mount Pleasant via Holmes Farm and Gorsecroft Farm, and onwards to Longhill Lane, and then to Kettle Lane and Kinsey Heath, where we will join Bagley Lane to Wood Orchard, and then across fields to Sandy Lane Farm. We will then cut across the vale to the tow path and end up at the Shroppie Fly. The walk will be just short of 5 miles.

We will take a short break halfway, so please bring refreshments with you.

NB. All walkers must have suitable footwear and be prepared for adverse weather, carry food and water to last for the entire walk and be suitably fit for the various lengths of walk.

Each walk is led by a nominated leader who will carry some first-aid equipment. The leader has the right to refuse to include in a group anyone who is felt not be adequately equipped.

Non-members of Audlem Rambling Society (ARS) are welcome to come on a walk but are expected to join ARS and pay the membership fee after a trial walk or two.
