New Information Board for Turnpike

Once again Audlem volunteers have created another great asset!!

This time its a superbly built notice board. It was expertly created by local craftsman Rob Collins. Not only did he provide the hardwood and other materials, but Rob then donated it free of charge to Audlem!!!

Then we had the additional benefit of another local resident, Jay Rowbottom, who's company is EMS (East Midlands Solutions). Jay installed the board at just the right height with the legs sturdily buried -- once again, work that he has done FOC!!

It looks very smart and apart from Rob wanting to apply another coat of teak oil to 'brighten it up' (his word's not ours), it's ready to be filled with interesting and useful information regarding Turnpike.

Yet another great improvement to Turnpike Field. Watch this space for the next one!!
