Neighbourhood Plan: latest news

The Parish Council is delighted to report that Audlem's Neighbourhood Plan enters its next stage of consultation tomorrow, Monday 10th August.

The Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documents have been sent to Cheshire East Council who now take charge of the consultation process and the appointment of an Independent Examiner.

Residents, statutory bodies and other interested parties have yet another opportunity to comment on the Plan itself, the Consultation document and Basic Conditions Statement using an on-line survey for responses.

We look forward to the Examination itself and hope that the Neighbourhood Plan will be given the green light for a referendum to be held so residents can give a resounding 'YES' to having the Plan used in the planning decision making process.
