Not long now – May 24th to 27th

'With the May Spring Bank Holiday fast approaching, the Audlem Music & Arts Festival team are working hard to bring the village another fantastic free weekend of amazing live music, arts and crafts.

The venues

This year will see 6 live music performance venues, which include custom built outdoor stages at all 3 pubs, indoor performances at St James Church and Audlem Methodist Church, and a new feature for this year, 'Buskers Alley', to be hosted outside The Tearoom at No 11 from 11am on the Saturday and Sunday, providing a platform that's open to anyone who would like to play a few songs over the weekend, and is being run by Notes For Notes, an organisation of musicians who raise money for good causes.

All PA will be provided.

The Bands

We have over 50 bands featured in our lineup, offering a wide range of music for all ages and tastes, including both covers and original bands, performing Folk, Blues, Pop, Cajun, Rock, Americana, Ska, Indie, Zydeco, Country, Brass Band and Choral music.

The Art & Craft Exhibitions

The Public Hall will be host to the festivals Art and Photography Exhibition, as well as a makers and bakers market, and after the huge success of this last year, will be running for all 3 days of the festival from 10am.

The Pubs

We'd like to thank all 3 of the fantastic pubs in the village for sponsoring this event, as well as the local businesses who have advertised in the festival programme, which is now available throughout the village.

The Stage Sponsor

We'd also like to mention our stage sponsor, The Shires Renewable Energy Hub, who are kindly providing all of our outdoor stages for free.

The Charity

Over the festival weekend, we will be raising money for Headcase Cancer Trust, so please keep an eye out for their brilliant team.

Parking

We expect the event to be very well attended, and would encourage people to walk into the village if they are able to. There will be overflow parking available on the playing field, weather permitting, for those people visiting the festival from further afield, as well as limited camping available on Turnpike Field. Please visit our website for further details on that.

Any help welcome...

If anyone from the community would like to be involved in the running of the festival over the weekend, we would be most grateful for any help, please email us at info@audlemfestival.live
