More funding for the Public Hall

(The website link that was here no longer works) The Public Hall Management Committee is delighted to learn that funds have been allocated by Crewe & Nantwich Borough Council towards the ongoing refurbishment of the Public Hall. These funds will be available during 2006, and will allow a start on the next major project – the replacement of the old windows and the internal and external redecoration of the Hall. Tenders have already been received for the replacement of the windows, and are being invited for the redecoration work. It is hoped that local businesses will be amongst those tendering.
