Moorsfield Planning Application Withdrawn

AudlemOnline has learnt that the planning application number 16/0725N submitted on 21st April 2016 by Barton Willmore has been formally withdrawn.

This was the outline application for development for up to 87 dwellings, incoporating self-build plots, open space provision, landscaping and access on land behind Moorsfield Avenue and Tollgate Drive.

There is nothing to stop this, or another, developer applying for planning permission for this site again, of course, but the planning process would have to go back to the beginning.
