Model Railway Open Doors event

Following the success of our first Open Doors event last July and the well attended visit by the visit of an exhibition quality layout over Easter, the Wrenbury & District Model Railway Club is delighted to announce their 2nd Open Doors event on Saturday the 11th of July and Sunday the 12th.

Hours are 10.00am 'til 4.00pm Saturday and 10.30am 'til 4.00pm on Sunday.

In addition to the two model railways under construction by the club members there will be a visiting 0 Gauge layout, Dave's Railway Films will be present and refreshments are available.

Free Admission.

This is alongside the Wrenbury Art Group annual exhibition in the village hall, Cholmondely Road Wrenbury CW5 8HG.

In addition, on the Saturday, the school is holding a 'Hoe Down' starting at 3.00pm with live music and other attractions, a Duck Race organised by the church will be held behind the Dusty Miller and the Cotton Arms has a full weekend of live entertainment starring Paul Larcombe with the Elvis Tribute show.
