Mobile homes in Coole Lane?

An interesting post appeared yesterday on the Chatbox from Del. It said:

At the Nantwich end of Coole Lane, just this side of Crisham Ave, some buildings/huts have appeared. Two to three months ago a hole was punched in the hedge by a JCB and a hardcore drive laid across the field for 50/60 mtrs leading to the huts.

I thought at first they were builders' huts but there are lights in the buildings at night and there have been Xmas decorations.

Is this the start of a mobile home site or are they in fact for builders. Just curious.

Does anybody know any more?
