We are pleased to announce that after a successful trial session, our 'Walk Fit' sessions will now continue on a weekly basis inside Audlem Public Hall.
Walk Fit is our brand new health and fitness class that is primarily aimed at over 55's but all are welcome! Walk Fit has a low bodily impact and due to there being no 'running' allowed, reduces the risk of any unnecessary aches and pulls!
Sessions will be every Thursday 6:30pm till 7:30pm in Audlem Public Hall and will run on a weekly basis starting on Thursday 2nd March.
We are offering the FIRST SESSION FREE to any newcomers interested in coming along and joining us!
A combination of fun, fitness activities along with sport based skill challenges, our 'Walk Fit' sessions ensure our participants can stay healthy and active whilst having heaps of fun!
