Litter-bin tipper caught on camera

When PC Maple was on duty in Audlem on Saturday morning, he found that one of the litter bins at the edge of the football pitch had been deliberately emptied onto the field. A check of the Public Hall car park CCTV system clearly showed a youth taking the bin off onto the field. PC Maple was able to identify the offender, who was not local, and he has issued him with a £50 fixed penalty notice for litter.
