URJENT!

Dear Santa

Pleez can you help me? My Granny lives in the UK in a village called Audlem. It's a luvly place and me and my sister love to go there to visit her. But this year Granny has a big problem. Back in April the Post Offis in Audlem was shut. Everywun was told not to worry, it would soon open again, but it's now the end of November and the Post Offis still hasn't opened. Poor Granny is old and carnt drive any more. Granny has told mummy that she can not post our Christmas presents to us this year as she isn't well enuff to go on the bus to the nearest Post Offis. Mummy said that Granny could ask one of her nayburs, but Granny says that she doesn't want to be any trubble to anyone and doesn't like to ask them.

So, pleez Santa, is there anything you can do to help? I guess you can't get a whole Post Offis on your sledj and leave it in Audlem as it would be too heavy for the raindeer. Could one of your elves make a speshul magic poshun to make the Top Person at the Post Office get it that having no Post Offis means that my sister and I – and lots of other kids too – won't get presents from their Granny or Grandad this Christmas? It would be so good if you and your elves could think of a way to sort this out becos it is making us, Granny and all the peepel of Audlem very sad and Christmas is a time for being happy, not sad.

If you can help then Jenny (my baby sister) and I will put out twice as many mins pies and twice as much cheri out for you, and lots of carruts for the raindeers. Please Santa – this is a REEL EMERJENCY!

With love and kisses

Jake x
