Spring is in the air and it's that time of year that we start to crave lamb for dinner. So we have stocked up on lamb reared on our own farm just a few miles from the shop.
We are offering 10% of our usual range of lamb cuts. So why not drop on by and pick yourself up a lovely steak or chop for a simple supper, or a juicy joint for the weekend.
All our lambs are slow matured by grazing our traditional pastures. We don't use and sprays or artificial fertilisers on the fields so our sheep are as naturally reared as possible and have a wonderful quality of life.
We use a traditional breed of sheep called a Lleyn crossed with a Charolais sire which produces a very sweet and succulent meat.
Simon and Charles will be on hand to create any cut you desire and can also give useful tips on how to cook your chosen item.
