A reminder that there's another enticing session of Live Music at the Lord Combermere tonight after The Big Switch On.

Jason Huxley will be performing and in the words of local musician Julian (Fox) Adair: "Jason is the Tops!" Julian actually put it more emphatically than that, but you get the picture.

Jason is a vocalist and guitarist who has toured with the likes of Will Young, Michael Bolton, The Christians, Hue and Cry and Journey South and has supported such acts as Lemar and Ronan Keating.

He has had recent success recording on the sound track for the star studded Hollywood movie "Bobby" in which his version of the Paul Simon track "Anji" is featured.

He has played two nights at the Royal Albert hall supporting Michael Bolton and at Nia (National indoor arena Birmingham).

It's free entry, as always, and the music starts around 9.00pm. Just what's needed to round off the evening after Santa's Grotto.
