Audlem Scout group honoured the fallen during the Remembrance Service at Audlem St James church with a very special visit from former Cub, Scouts and Explorers, Jack Brookes.
Jack was a member of Audlem Scout Group until April when he joined the Army, he is now based in Dorset.
Ed:The Remembrance Service took place with St. James Church full of residents of all denominations, and none, wishing to remember those who had given so much. It was led by the leaders of all three Village Churches, Ann Draper, Bill Cowan and Rev.Gary Windon.
It was good to see so many young people taking part together with the Emergency services
Following the Service wreaths were laid at the Memorial by those who had taken part, a fitting Memorial service to those who gave so much for those of us living today.
