It's quiz time in Audlem

Audlem quizzers will have a hard choice this evening as there are two opportunities for them to test their skills, both for the fun of the quiz and to assist in a good cause

At the Shroppie Fly, starting at 8.00pm, will be the weekly quiz run by Tony Lynch – this season their chosen charity is the Audlem First Responders. 

At the Lord Combermere, starting at 9.00pm, will be the weekly quiz run by Ralph Warburton and Mike  Haines.  The charity for tonight's quiz will be the Leukaemia Blood research charity.

As Tony says:  “This year it will be Audlem First Responders – those people who we all hope we will never need but when we do we will be very pleased to have on call and not have to wait for a response to come all the way from Leighton Hospital.”

Ralph tells us "Just to remind all that this night will be in aid of the Leukaemia Blood research charity. Lots of raffle prizes and all the cash on the night including your team entry fee being given to this very noble and worthwhile cause" .

So, the first question for aspiring contestants for tonight's quizzes is which one to attend?
