It is never too late to find happiness

Finding himself at a crossroads in life where he felt he needed to change his location from London to a less busy location, Anthony Frankel came up North to see what a new area might do for him. After looking at Leek he decided a rural location might suit him better, and the Sales Person from McCarthy Stone brought him to Lyme Wood Grange in Audlem. Unfortunately the House Manager was on leave so he could not view the rental apartment that was currently available only the communal lounge which a helpful homeowner took them to see. The Sales Manager offered him a weekend break in the development so he could really see what the village and the development had to offer, and he would be able to view the apartment when he arrived on the Friday 22nd September 2023.

All went well, he really liked the village and the development and most of all he was introduced to some Homeowners who were all very friendly. Even then, one stood out as not only friendly, but kind and very attractive, Lesley Waterworth. He made up his mind that Lyme Wood Grange was just the place for him and went back to London to wind up his life there and moved into the apartment on 27th October 2023. He met up with Lesley at many social occasions and as the saying goes love blossomed .

On the 28th February this year Anthony proposed and Lesley accepted. They were married last Friday 11th October at Crewe Registry Office with two Homeowners acting as witnesses. On Wednesday 16th October their marriage will be blessed at St James in Audlem, and, after the ceremony, all Homeowners have been invited to join the very happy couple, family and friends at the Lord Combermere.

We all wish Anthony and Lesley a very long and happy marriage together. So it proves that you never know when you will find happiness.
