Issue with electronic prescriptions

Audlem Boots Chemist have been having issues receiving electronic prescriptions – there is an IT issue which is out of our control.

This affects most prescriptions for repeat medication that have been ordered by either yourselves as patients or ourselves where we order a managed repeat prescription for you.

We have had issues since Thursday morning, and have not received any prescriptions electronically since Wednesday evening.

If you have ordered a repeat prescription since Wednesday evening, or your managed repeat is due around this week, and you have enough tablets to last you until next week, please bare with us during these issues and wait until next week to collect any medication.
