Ever wanted to try this .......Hula hooping ...... Well, now you can.

This 1 hour class is held at the Scout and Guide Hall, Audlem

This form of exercise is a great aerobic workout and keeps your abs engaged the whole time, which is great to shed fat and get a flat tummy.

One of Kula Hulas' missions is to share the love for hula with as many people as possible.

How ? – She will teach you the fundamentals how to waist hoop. Plus, teaching different tricks to vary the workout to ensure you are working on other muscles groups and achieve different moves .

This is not your ordinary exercise class. Here you get to learn things that are not taught in any other exercise class.

Each class has a combination of cardio, toning, learning new tricks.

The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels – Fridays......9.30-10.30am – £5 per session
